UPD was purchased in 2002 by a group of seasoned textile executives with the goal of coupling the company's richly experienced employee base with a state of the art dyeing facility.  This marriage of technology and experience produced one of the finest, most capable dyeing operations in the world.

The current management of ED&F are former UPD and Texfi associates under the direction of Mr. Joe Drum, VP of Manufacturing.
